La YG Entertainment ha subido a su cuenta de Youtube este vídeo de cuatro de sus aprendices, que tienen entre 13 y 14 años, y que según su descripción en el vídeo siguen los pasos de las 2NE1:

No me gusta nada de nada eso de 'el futuro 2NE1'
2NE1 solo hay uno, y ese es el que ya todos conocemos compuesto por Bom, Cl, Minzy y Dara. Que debuten estas 4 pequeñas me parece bien, pero no que sean las que sustituyan a 2NE1 porque creo, hoy en día, que 2NE1 es insustituible.

To make it better yg said: The video was called future 2NE1 because they are working hard to be a great girl group like their 2NE1 unnies. 2NE1 will always consist of CL, Dara, Bom, and Minji. There will be no member changes, so fans should not misunderstand or worry.
