"The Romantic & Idol" es un spin-off del programa de variedades "The Romantics". Este spin-off cuenta con la participación de artistas como Jun.K (2PM), Jihyun (4Minute), Mir (MBLAQ), Hyungsik (ZE:A), JB (JJ Project), Seung Ah (Rainbow), Jei (FIESTAR),y Hyejeong (AOA).

El programa se rodó el mes pasado en la isla de Jeju y comenzará a emitirse el 11 de noviembre
